I have been reading all kinds of wonderful and informative things lately.
Of course I am drawn to anything about the Law of Attraction. It works my friends and you too can enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer or you can keep on drawing in all the things that keep you stuck and feeling sucky.
Choose the good life, you deserve it. We are all beautiful beings and deserve to live a life of happiness, good health and oodles of wealth. Give in and get your riches now!!!
Check out Tony Robbins, he has lots to offer, Bob Proctor, Mike Dooley (notes from the universe) the list is endless for all the wonderful things on the net you can read!
Or go to your local library, a bountiful assortment of free education, oh so fun reading, listening and informative things awaits you there.
Or how about this site, lots of great self help and self improvement info.
Watch The Secret, it will inspire you too!
I have also been reading alot about foods. One of my favorite foods to make is soup, it is so soothing to me. Plus it has lots of health benefits if you make it from scratch. It can help you lose weight, detox, cleanse your body, mind and soul.
Go on an adventure and research yourself, make yourself your own science experiment and find out what makes you tick, what drives you to achieve all your greatness and live life with passion.
Get up tomorrow morning and be happy for one reason and one reason only, which is, you are awake, awake like you have never been awake before!!!
It's your day, make it a great one.
Until next time my faboo friends,

Writing is so much fun. I can write any way I like, no rules, no boundaries, nothing holding me back. I am free to express myself in any manner I see fit.
I am free to create without any judgment, releasing all fears. It’s a learning experience that teaches me something new about who I am everyday!
My inner critic does not make the rules.
My writings and drawings do not have to be a certain way, look a certain way.
Writing takes us into a world where everything is okay, where beauty surrounds our every word, where love fills the air and time is on our side. There are no clocks, no deadlines and no reasons to hurry in a writers world.
It’s safe, fun and rewarding!

I am wondering what scents make you feel all lovely, warm and cozy?
Rose, floral, vanilla anything right?
Maybe a bit spicy, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I am at a loss.
Any help from my faboo friends, please do share what you would like from your honey on Vday.
Soaps, lotions, bath bombs, lip balms, body butters???
I would guess massage oil, that is always a plus for good loving on the big day.
until next time lovely's,

These are recipes I have gathered throughout the years and each one using ingredients readily available right in your very own kitchen.
Have fun creating and treating yourself!
Champagne Hair Rinse
1/2 cup old champagne
1/2 cup hot water
Mix ingredients thoroughly. After shampooing and rinsing well, pour champagne rinse thorugh hair.
DO NOT RINSE AGAIN. Regular conditioner can be used before using the champagne hair rinse, if desired.
This is an old french secret for making hair shiny, silky and healthy. For light colored hair it brings out the golden highlights. It will not dry or damage the hair.
2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon almond oil (omit if skin is acne prone)
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Dampen skin in shower and massage mixture over entire body. Rinse with warm water and rinse again immediately with cold water to boost circulation.

excuses I use for not writing.
allergies, eeeeeeee gads, my nose is stuffy, running and I am sneezing way more than I would like to be!
bored (writing would cure boredom)
tired (stories don't make much sense when I am sleepy- another excuse)
not really into it
wondering if I am a writer after all
sure could see better if I wore my glasses (ummmmmmmm, that would require you to get up and get them, yeah, don't really feel like it)
what is my favorite color
unlimited distractions ( i seem to do this often)
good movie on tv
if I write it in my journal then I have to transfer it to my computer if I want to share it with the world
okay faboo friends, what are some excuses you use to distract you from daily writing, or sometimes it would be daily living.
We can easily get caught up in each moment and help ourselves to destroy ourselves. The choice is our to make.
I vote for helping ourselves.
Making mistakes is not taboo, its welcomed in the world of creative living. Its okay, forgive yourself and move on, dwelling only keeps you stuck in the moment and that helps no one.
Life is good
life is great
do yourself a favor
show up for yourself
its never too late

noises are irritating
dinner wasn't tasty
it seems late and it's not
don't feel like doing anything
yet don't want to do nothing
tv is boring
music isn't appealing
feeling happy and grumpy at the same time
should be making products
could be writing
not interested in contemplating shoulds and still they enter my mind
wondering what tomorrow will bring
thinking about going to bed just to get to tomorrow
too many thoughts
not enough ambition
wanting to embrace and push away
making the decision now
embracing all these thoughts and now..............
